The fjord of Bonne Bay in Gros Morne National Park is an exceptional sea kayaking destination! It is surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery, has a shoreline punctuated with numerous coves and beaches, a summertime surface water temperature of 18-20°C, and is home to lots of wildlife including minke whales and bald eagles.

Gros Morne Adventures sea kayaking base is located on the Norris Point Waterfront, a great location for sea kayakers to start their paddling adventure on Bonne Bay. Choose from a variety of guided sea kayak tours tailored to first time sea kayakers, nature lovers and experienced paddlers. If you have previous sea kayaking experience and prefer to explore on your own, single or double sea kayaks are available to rent from our waterfront location.

A new addition to our waterfront base is the Kayak Cafe serving great coffee and tea, hearty homemade muffins and healthy sandwiches. Enjoy a snack before or after your tour or order a picnic lunch to have on the beach or to take with you on your kayak rental.
